Mr. Rudra Prakash Singh(Chairman) handles Framing Business, Technical, HR etc Policies in consultation with other Senior Heads of an Organization. Policies for Client/ Consultant Relationship Management, Subcontractor, Material/ Equipment Supplier & other Business Associates Relationship Management etc. Keeps visiting Construction Projects at regular intervals to address Client/ Consultant concerns & other routine-based priorities on urgent basis.
He ensures all Business, Technical, HR Policies etc implemented at Ground level. In consultation with Technical Director (Construction), ensuring that all HO & Construction Project based Technical Staff at frequent stages be trained/groomed as per prevailing Construction Technology/Government Specifications to meet Client ‘s requirements/expectations efficiently. Ensure Cash Flow for Construction Projects & HO Operations be intact & in manageable conditions at every time in coordination with respective heads.
